58 Empress Pines Drive is the street address of my Long Island childhood home. Memories of domestic spaces and familiar neighborhoods were catalysts for photographing contemporary settings. These environments serve as echoes of my past experiences, overlapping onto spaces in Brooklyn, Queens, Asbury Park and the Mid Hudson Valley. I confronted my suburban ghosts by pointing the camera at their look-a-likes.
